The Chitta Self-Leadership Lab helps you slow down, see these patterns clearly, and learn how to respond rather than react, using a proven framework from the Love Not Fear organisation.
This is an eight-week, cohort-based online meetup. It is not drop-in. The same group meets weekly to build trust, depth, and continuity.
The focus is learning to lead yourself with clarity, responsibility, and emotional steadiness.
This is for people ready to commit to themselves. Not for hype or quick fixes.

How It Works
