Have you ever felt pulled in two directions at once? Like one part of you wants to be visible and launch the project, while another part wants to stay safe and watch Netflix?

This free, 90-minute online workshop (and happy second Advent!) is a practical "who's who" for your inner world. It's a dedicated space to map your "Inner Team" of "Voices." You'll learn why these conflicting parts exist (like your "Armored Achiever" and "The Vanisher"), how they're all trying to help you, and how to stop being caught in the crossfire between them.

Who This Workshop Is For: This is for you if you're a capable professional, a thoughtful creative, or an aspiring "Hidden Hero" who feels stuck. If you're tired of being caught in "Inner Chaos" —like the battle between your inner critic and your procrastinator—this workshop will help you become a compassionate "Inner Ally" to your team.

About This 4-Part Series: This workshop is Part 2 of a 4-part "Inner Map" series, but each workshop is designed to be fully standalone. You can join us for just this one, or for all four. Whether this is your first workshop or your fourth, you will get a complete, practical tool to take with you.

Our Focus for These 90 Minutes: This is a hands-on, interactive session. Our entire focus is on guiding you through a step-by-step process. You will learn and practice how to:

  • Meet Your "Inner Team": Learn to identify your two protection teams: the proactive "Guardians" (like the "Armored Achiever" ) and the reactive "Emergency Crew" (like "The Vanisher" ).
  • Find the "Positive Intent": Learn why there are "No Bad Parts" and how even your most challenging "Voices" (like the Inner Critic) are actually trying to protect you .
  • Practice the "6 F's": You will be guided through the "6 F's", a powerful "Inner Ally" process to compassionately "interview" one of your 'Guardians' and build trust.

To Get the Full Value, Your Participation is Key: This is not a passive webinar where you can multitask. To honor your own journey, please come prepared to bring one small, real-life "inner conflict" to our workshop as your personal "practice ground." The clarity you seek will come from the work you do right here in the circle.

What You'll Need:

  • A notebook and pen (or a digital document).
  • A quiet space where you can focus without distractions for the full 90 minutes.
  • An open and curious mind, ready to do the work.

About Your Host: Hi, I'm Christopher. I prefer to think of myself as a "professional human." My work is for the people I call "Hidden Heroes"—the capable, brilliant, and good-hearted individuals who are holding back. My philosophy is simple: I believe you already have all your answers. My job is to help you hear them . This workshop is a practical step on that path.

I can't wait to see you there :)
