Your Inner Map (4/4): Workshop: Workshop: From Inner Conflict to Inner Ally
Details
Have you ever felt at war with yourself? Like one part of you (the "Achiever") is angry at another part (the "Procrastinator")... and you're just caught in the painful crossfire?
This free, 90-minute online workshop (and happy fourth Advent!) is the capstone of the "Inner Map" series. It's a practical lab for ending that "Inner War." You'll learn how to map your specific "Pattern" of conflict and how to use your "Confident Leader" to step out of the crossfire and become a compassionate mediator for your whole "Inner Team."
Who This Workshop Is For: This is for you if you're a capable professional, a thoughtful creative, or an aspiring "Hidden Hero" who feels stuck. If you are tired of the "Inner Chaos" and the exhausting battle between your parts, this workshop will give you the ultimate tool for "Self-Leadership" and inner peace.
About This 4-Part Series: This workshop is Part 4 of a 4-part "Inner Map" series, but each workshop is designed to be fully standalone. You can join us for just this one, or for all four. Whether this is your first workshop or your fourth, you will get a complete, practical tool to take with you.
Our Focus for These 90 Minutes: This is a hands-on, interactive session. Our entire focus is on guiding you through a step-by-step process. You will learn and practice how to:
- Map Your "Chaos Loop": Identify and map your most common "Pattern" of conflict (e.g., the 'Perfectionist vs. Procrastinator' battle) .
- Learn the "Inner Ally" Method: Discover how to "unblend" from the fight and stop taking sides with one part against another .
- Practice an "Inner Team Dialogue": You will be guided through a live mediation process to listen to both sides of a conflict, understand their "positive intent," and restore inner peace .
To Get the Full Value, Your Participation is Key: This is not a passive webinar where you can multitask. To honor your own journey, please come prepared to bring one small, real-life "inner conflict" (like "Achiever vs. Procrastinator") to our workshop as your personal "practice ground." The clarity you seek will come from the work you do right here in the circle.
What You'll Need:
- A notebook and pen (or a digital document).
- A quiet space where you can focus without distractions for the full 90 minutes.
- An open and curious mind, ready to do the work.
About Your Host: Hi, I'm Christopher. I prefer to think of myself as a "professional human." My work is for the people I call "Hidden Heroes"—the capable, brilliant, and good-hearted individuals who are holding back. My philosophy is simple: I believe you already have all your answers. My job is to help you hear them . This workshop is a practical step on that path.
I can't wait to see you there :)
