Experience a focused 1-hour session designed to unlock your body’s potential for increased performance and faster recovery. This session includes a thorough movement and posture assessment to identify your strengths, imbalances, and areas for improvement. From there, you’ll learn tailored self-activation techniques that enhance muscle engagement, restore optimal movement patterns, and boost both strength and resilience.
We will guide you through practical methods you can apply immediately to improve performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery between training sessions. This initial session will help you not only understand how your body moves but also have a toolkit of strategies to activate and reset effectively—helping you perform at your best, both in and out of the gym or your preferred exercise/sport. Yes we do treat the whole range of clients, from athletes to kids to office workers.
When we are able to identify and correct the root cause of pain, injury or poor performance we are able to provide more long term solutions. This is always our focus in order to provide better results in the least amount of time.
Our team includes therapists and exercise professionals from different backgrounds. All our therapists have been extensively trained in the Be Activated approach and apply their knowledge and experience to achieve more lasting results.
