What we’re about
Deep Rooted Wellness and Creatives, is dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey of healing and self-discovery through nature therapy and holistic wellness. The goal is to harness nature's proven benefits—reducing stress, improving mental clarity, and supporting emotional resilience—to empower clients in their mental, physical, and spiritual wellness journeys.
Deep Rooted Wellness and Creatives is perfect for individuals who feel drawn to nature, holistic health, and non-clinical approaches to mental and emotional well-being.
Each event focuses on guiding participants to find clarity, reduce stress, improve resilience, and enhance overall well-being by immersing them in nature and empowering them with self-care tools they can continue using beyond the event.
In essence, Deep Rooted Wellness and Creatives seeks to make nature therapy accessible, impactful, and tailored to each individual, helping them embrace a natural path to healing and self-awareness.
At times, there will be events catered especially well to those facing challenges with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or substance use recovery.
Deep Rooted Wellness and Creatives' guide, Audrey Costa, helps people people who seek alternative or complementary wellness practices, those looking to deepen their connection with nature, and people ready to engage in personal growth, whether through one-on-one sessions or in small, supportive group settings.
