I am excited to have Jason Williams presenting at our next DELREIA Meeting on November 4th at 6PM at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, our NEW LOCATION. Plenty of free parking.
Jason, who started his real estate investment journey in 1999, specializes in short sales and has done a wide array of deals which include lease options, subject to, rentals, property management, creative/owner financing, wholesales, options, land subdivision, house construction, and rehabs.
Jason will discuss how he rebounded and rebuilt after the 2008 mortgage crash.
We will learn from the challenges and obstacles Jason has faced.
Also, he will discuss time management, processes and systems.
Lastly, he will discuss how a new investor got himself into a major mess and how one document could have saved this investor 2 years of court drama
After all these years, Jason still loves the thrill of structuring deals and passing his knowledge on to both seasoned and new investors.
