In this Fun Filled & Highly Informative Freedom From Anxiety Workshop in Delray Beach, Florida, you will:
Learn how to engage the inner dialogue that keeps you stuck or avoiding change.
Challenge, dispute, and reframe inner dialogue to help you achieve healthy change.
Practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques to calm your brain and body.
Find ways of connecting with your hidden strengths and passions.
Establish and enhance personal and professional relationships.
Establish a new, supportive relationship with your Fear, Worry & Anxiety that will allow for inner-peace, direction and purpose.
Workshop is on the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00pm to 8pm
Fee: $40, payable by cash or credit/debit card
Participants will receive weekly email reminders via the meetup site to RSVP, and it should be stressed that for lasting change to occur full participation is recommended.
