Hike to Chihuahua Gulch Lake

Details

This is a high elevation hike that goes above tree line. The trail starts in a forest, then to wetlands in a valley. There is a stream here where you will get your legs wet up to the knees, it may be a good idea to bring a small towel to dry with after taking your shoes off. After this the trail goes above tree line and there is some scrambling. This is where the lake is located. There are usually a few other people at the lake, fishing or having just hiked up. Photos do not do it justice.

We can decide on a place to eat in Dillon or Keystone for a late lunch during the hike. Please add your significant other as a guest if they are not registering for the event on their own account.
