Fall Moab Trip

I usually hit Moab in the spring and again in the fall. So, its time for the fall adventure! I am pulling the trailer out Saturday Oct 11th, staying at Sun RV Downtown, and pulling it back to Lakewood on Saturday Oct 18th.
So far we have plan for Raptor Route on Sunday 12th, and Porcupine lower half on Monday 13th. Those are both shuttle rides.

The $35 Raptor shuttle drops at the Sand Flats Road Eagle Eye trailhead. You can pedal over to LPS from there for the Lower Porcupine ride. Can also pedal up Sand Flats Road and Kokopelli Trail a bit to include UPS in both rides. You can alternatively pedal just a small amount to the Porcupine Rim Campground and ride the lower part of UPS.
Raptor is blue with some tech and Porcupine is a more serious technical black.
I am choosing departure from Rim Cyclery at 8:45am for Sunday and Monday. For Sunday Raptor You can also drive up Sand Flats to the Kestral Run parking lot and pick up the shuttle, or you can just ride Sand Flats Road to the Eagle Eye trailhead, that would take a while not sure how long.

I think Tina, Jim, Scott are intending to ride Navajo Rocks Saturday the 11th.

The rest of the week will be based on who is there and what requests they might have. I am bringing both an analog and emtb.
