Post COVID PTSD fall out was rough. Working from home, for some, meant micromanagement on a whole new plane. Years later, how has Microsoft Teams evolved to address hybrid meeting work, brick-and-mortar utility, and the ever-expanding productivity expectations? This session will set the table for the data fluidity AI bacchanal coming at Microsoft Ignite later this year.

From Native to Unify, all the call routing options in Microsoft Teams
In this fast-paced session, we will explore the options for call routing in Microsoft Teams. We will discuss what can be accomplished with native tools such as Auto Attendants/Call Queues and introduce Teams Premium features such as the Queues App. We will then move into more advanced features provided by third parties and explain the three models: Connect, Extend, and Unify.
