Welcome to Derby Activities

This is a group for anyone looking to widen their social circle and to start socialising again.

The group is run and managed by experienced organisers who have many years on meetup, but most importantly we are keen to ensure everyone feels welcome.

The groups aim is for people to meet new people and socialise in a safe and enjoyable environment.

If you would like to host any event please contact Claire and we can make you an organiser, could be just a walk or meal.

Some events may be full but don't worry and just add yourself to the wait list as we often set up a second table or increase the guest numbers.

Group / Event Rules:

• Members are over 18 years of age
• Members are required to have a clear / recent and recognisable photo for their profile
• Members are required to use their first name and a second name or initial.
• Only RSVP yes if you genuinely intend to attend particularly as events have limited capacity.
• Please keep your rsvp's up to date
• No shows without moving rsvp to 'not going' will be recorded and in the event of 3 no shows membership will be cancelled with no refund of membership.
• By signing up to a event you agree to look after own health and well being and that the group or organiser will not be responsible for any injury or loss of any personal possessions on any event.
• Any queries or concerns please private message the host before the event or message the organizer rather than adding concerns on discussion/events pages
• Inappropriate behaviour or language will not be tolerated or posting public inappropriate or personal comments on any of the message boards then the member will be removed from the group
• Your Privacy Contacts Settings should be switched on, so Organisers of each event can contact you.
