Why I Built Pairflow and What It Taught Me About Building with LLMs
with Gergely Hodicska aka Felhő, Co-founder of CraftHubI built Pairflow, a workflow orchestration tool, to improve how effectively I work with LLMs and to reserve my attention for the parts where it adds the most value. I’ll show how my approach to planning, delegation, testing, and code review evolved, what actually worked, and the challenges I have yet to solve clearly. The focus is not on specific models or tools, but on the mental models and first principles you can use to improve how you work with LLM-assisted development. I’ll also share the hard-earned lessons that came from this continuous experimentation.
AI-native development: What actually changed in my workflow
with Gyula Halmos, Staff AI Product Manager @Craft Docs Ltd, co-maintainer of Craft AgentsNo frameworks, no architecture diagrams. Just an honest account of using AI agents as a primary development interface for the past year. What I delegate now that I never would have before. What I stopped delegating after it burned me. How debugging, code review, and planning shifted — and the mental model changes that took longer than the tooling changes.
