This event is mostly a night of lightning style talks (talks that go for about 5 mins).I've still got space - let me know if you have an idea - 5 minutes is really short!

I'm looking for talks on almost any topic. I'm also flexible on the format, so if you'd like to do a pecha kucha style talk (auto advancing slides), or a normal talk, or a quick demo - go for it! It's a great way to talk up a tool you've tested, or an idea you want to float and get feedback on, or an idea you'd like to turn into a longer talk.

We have made good progress but the key to increasing velocity wasn't technology based it was people based. The talk covers how to using value stream mapping to create compelling data and what to do with it to promote cultural change.
