The DFW Flippers and Funders Meetup is a Real Estate Networking Group designed to help members of the real estate community connect with one another. While we will have educational speakers from time to time, the groups’ primary focus is on networking. At each event, attendees will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, say what they do, say what if anything they’re looking for, and then announce any opportunities they might have. At each event, guests will have the opportunity to submit their contact info, specialty and who they're looking to meet, and then after the meeting everyone's info will be put into a document and emailed out to all who attended.

811-254-8338This meetup is for primarily Members only or those who want to come for the first time. This meetup will be like none you have attended this far. We take you to the depths of renovation, to flip and buy and hold strategies.
Our clients who lend IRA/401k money or cash are getting paid 3.75 Points and 12% interest annually. On $100,000.00 the lenders make $3,750.00 with points paid and $12,000.00 on interest if the money was funded for one year.
Learn from the pros. We will do site visits and see the homes and strategies in action. Learn how it is really done. Don't worry about fancy dinners and speakers who try to sell you books and tapes. We do not do this. We will get into the bones of the homes that you will buy renovate and flip or hold.
You need a team. Learn the processes and meet the people on that team that you can pick from to help you succeed. Surround yourself with the right people from your wholesale purchase, to getting money, to getting title insurance, to getting a contractor, to getting the proper home insurance, to getting and good Broker. You can use members of our team or use our team to keep your team honest so that you win.
The goal here is to synergize as a whole. I am a firm believer that the team you work with should only make money when you make money. If they can put their time, skills, talents and money where their mouth is, then you have found the right team. I am a believer in a team that succeeds when you succeed.

It's the perfect opportunity to build relationships with Realtors across the state and across the country (sometimes even on the other side of the world) that will serve your clients well when they need a referral.
We have a short educational/informative presentation at the beginning of the meeting and then go into 3 or 4 person breakout rooms where you can get to know the other attendees. At the end there will be time for you to download the contact info of everyone who attended so you can follow up.
