We'll be bicycling around Coronado!

PLAN
meet at Centennial Park (beautiful view of bay and downtown)
after a few minutes of optional light calisthenics, we'll head out like a flock of birds in our peloton, counter-clockwise around the island
pitstop at Bruegger's bagels
circle back around to our start point, where we will do optional light yoga standing/sitting for a few minutes

We rode last week around Mission Bay and it was a blast!

Bring your bicycle. Bicycle safely and at your own risk. We obey traffic rules. Helmet is advised. This is a No Drop Ride so the group will ride together.

Coronado is a charming neighborhood and parts of this ride are luxurious. Hope to see you there.
