What we’re about
(DIG) Diversified Investor Group Subgroup Meetings are a smaller-scale version of the DIG MAIN (general membership) meeting, the overall premier place to network! Subgroups are designed as networking groups for current DIG members to share ideas, deals and experiences, support one another, increase education, and have fun!
Meetings are scheduled once a month and are divided into two categories: geographic and special interest. The geographic subgroup meetings are held in the area in which DIG members reside, and/or where the member is planning to or is currently investing. The special interest subgroup meetings are geared toward a particular area of interest for which DIG members wish to learn more about, such as rehabbing and vacation rentals.
Subgroups are held in many locations and in various counties in the tri-state area. You must be a member of DIG to attend the subgroups as they are a benefit of membership. If you are not a DIG member you can attend any subgroup meeting for a $19.99 monthly membership fee. This fee is a membership and allows you to attend all the other meetings a a member for the month. You MUST pre-register if you plan on attending a subgroup meeting.
***Please always check out website for accurate Meetings and Times and any possible cancelations before attending***

- IC/Express Success Member Only Class/Group Coaching CallNeeds location
For buy-and-hold real estate investors, DSCR loans have become THE THING.
That’s because they’re easier to get than conventional loans, but they have their downsides, too.
At this month’s Inner Circle/Express Success member-only class and group coaching call, Rob Fishbein of JM Real Estate Capital will talk through the pros, cons, and process, and answer all of your questions.
You’ll learn
- The basic way in which DSCR loans are different than conventional loans
- What qualifications the property has to have to get one
- What qualifications YOU have to have (short answer: not as many as you think)
- What you’ll have to do, process-wise, to get a loan
- What they cost in terms of rates, closing costs, and fees vs. a FNMA or FHLMC loan
- Terms you can expect, like pre-payment penalties and “no second mortgages” clauses
If you’re an Express Success member, you’ll get an email telling you how to log in to the meeting.
If you’re not, you should join! The benefits are HUMONGOUS. Check it out under the “Express Success” tab or just click HERE!
