International Meetup in Osaka
Theme: Picnic vibes, new friends & language exchange 🌏
Recommended for:

• Anyone who wants to practice Japanese or English in a friendly setting 🌼

🗓 Event Schedule
Date: November 14th (Fri), 2025
Time: 19:00–21:00
① Reception – Starts at 19:00
⚠️ Please kindly arrive after 18:50.
We’ll confirm your name for the Meetup🌐
② Fill out a quick self-introduction sheet ✨
— Helps everyone start chatting smoothly!
③ Japanese × English Chat Time!
Small groups (4–5 people) with a cheerful, relaxed vibe🌸
Each table will have both Japanese and international participants.
We’ll switch between:
🗣️ English-only → Japanese-only
And change seats twice so you can talk to around 9–10 people✨
Schedule:

• Round 1: 19:10–19:40
• Round 2: 19:50–20:20
• Round 3: 20:30–21:00

SNS exchange is optional — feel free to do so before changing seats or after the meetup📩
※ For smooth operation, seat requests cannot be accepted🙇‍♀️
※ Please help create a positive, relaxed atmosphere for everyone🤝

💰Participation Fee
500 yen + 1 drink (from 500 yen~)
💵 Cash only, please! (No credit cards)

1️⃣ Cancellations must be made by 22:00 the day before 🙇‍♀️
Please avoid late cancellations or no-shows.
2️⃣ We may take photos/videos during the event📸
If you prefer not to appear, just let us know kindly✨
3️⃣ No solicitation (religious, political, or business activities) 🚫
4️⃣ Please be respectful — no behavior that makes others uncomfortable,
and avoid any coercive, discriminatory, or harassing language 🙏

各テーブルには日本人と外国人の参加者が座ります。
🗣️ 英語オンリ→ 日本語オンリーを交互に行います！
座席は2回チェンジして、合計9～10人ほどとお話しできます✨
