Next Exhibition - Art Center Sarasota

For a $5 contribution to help support the programs of the Art Center of Sarasota, please join me and Exhibition Coordinator, Christina, for a guided tour of the latest exhibits on display in the four galleries of the building. Payment will be collected at the door.

The Spring Art Show is a longstanding and treasured annual exhibition at the Art Center, led by school coordinators Angela Hartvigsen and Debra Markley. Showcasing the creative talent of over 1,500 young artists spanning grades K-12, the show epitomizes the best of their artistic endeavors from the academic year.

This enduring collaboration affords students the invaluable opportunity to present their work in a professional environment, granting them and their artwork exposure to numerous families and community members. The accolades bestowed upon high school students during an evening ceremony are particularly noteworthy, with local organizations generously contributing awards exceeding $20,000.

This exhibition will be on display until May 10th.

Please plan to arrive early, wear your DGS badge and check in with me in the front of the building upon arriving. If you need a badge, text me to make one for you ($5 for the badge).
