Come join two local ADHD coaches for nature exploration and community connection this autumn! Spending time in nature is awesome for neurodivergent folks, and we know how hard it can be to make friends with people who understand you as an adult. So why not get some fresh air, check out some cool leaves as they change, and maybe acquire a new bestie! This Sunday we're going to head out to a section of Larkin Trail near Christian Street in Oxford and we'd love to see you!
