DO WRITE!

Started only in October 2023, this MeetUp Group has jelled and grown smartly, resulting in work sessions which are both highly productive and often outrageously fun!

1. Members wishing to present their work are asked to register in advance with the group leader. Up to four works will be presented, selected by order of registration.
2. Each author is allotted up to 30 minutes to be used at his/her discretion (ex. may be used to describe a work-in-progress or broad-brush ideas for a future project, read actual text, allow for discussion, etc.). Authors will be prompted when 5 minutes remain for their session.
3. If possible, authors should bring copies of their work for each participant (facilitates note taking). If possible, printed text should be paginated, and even numbered by line (Ex. In WORD, Layout>Line Numbers).
4. The group leader facilitates discussion, allowing each participant to comment. If fewer than 4 pieces are brought, time may be extended.

You’re welcome to bring your own refreshments, and there is a Starbucks a stone’s throw away…great donut shop at the end of the strip mall.
