This activity hosts an engaging picnic with women to MeetUp, music meditation walk as well as an end of session with a collaboration by breathing exercises and talking together.

To get the most out of our walk, I invite you to start practicing with Alpha Brainwaves music this week. Alpha waves are known for relaxation and calm focus, which will help you arrive in a balanced state of mind for our walk.
