Thank you so much for joining the upcoming Dr. Ashmon Travels: Wellness Walk on Monday, Sept. 1 at 10 AM. Iโ€™m excited to connect with you in person for a day of fresh air, conversation, and holistic restoration.

To get the most out of our walk, I invite you to start practicing with Alpha Brainwaves music this week. Alpha waves are known for relaxation and calm focus, which will help you arrive in a balanced state of mind for our walk.
