By understanding how your brain works, you can learn how to unlearn negative habits and emotions, eliminate self-destructive behaviors, rewire your brain with new thoughts and beliefs, heal your body, and create new results in your life.
Join in a Dr. Joe Dispenza book discussion and meditation group for "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself," starting February 15th. We will meet each Sunday at 6 pm CST via a ZOOM link for the 14 chapters of Dr. Joe's first teaching book named above (13 sessions). We will do a meditation for 45 minutes to an hour (sometimes, there will be an audio explanation of the meditation by Dr. Joe), take a break, and then discuss this week's chapter for 1 1/2 hours, followed by a general discussion. The ZOOM app link will open to everyone who RSVPs, each week.
