Summary:

We continue an exploration of the magical blend of yogic presence and dreamwork, where the sacred meets the everyday in a transformative and soul-igniting experience.

We will prepare the body through gentle yoga asanas and breathwork for a journey into dreamwork. This event event offers a unique opportunity to delve into the spiritual and practical aspects of these practices, discovering how they compliment even the most routine aspects of our daily lives.

In this session, we integrate the wisdom of our dreams and the multidimensional psyche, focusing on the collective unconscious. We learn the history of archetypal dreamwork and put it to practice with a dream or vision of our own.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to these disciplines, this event promises to inspire and enlighten your journey towards self-discovery.

What to bring: a notebook (or dream journal), yoga mat, and small cushion. We will have extras for you at the event space, if you don't have your own.

For in person: Street parking and free parking lot are available within a 30-second walk from the venue.

Hosted by Erin Lamb and Ali Clair

Gentle Yoga Asana Practice Accompanied by Breathwork
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga practice accompanied by breathwork (prāṇāyām) to stretch, open, and prepare the body—inviting comfort, ease, and receptivity. Beginners are absolutely welcome; the practice is fully guided and uncomplicated. Any injuries or physical limitations will be accommodated with care.

12:40 - 12:55
Guided Visualization
Next, we move into a guided visualization to shift into a liminal state—a threshold space where we become receptive and open to entering the dreamtime.

1:00 - 2:00
Dreamwork & Practicum 2
Erin Lamb
We explore the history of dreamwork across cultures and eras, with attention to the collective unconscious—archetypal symbols, images, and shared stories. You’ll then be invited to bring a dream of your own, allowing it to come fully alive in the room. From this shared presence, we gently enter the dreamwork itself.

What if I don’t remember my dreams?
This is more common than you might think. We’ll talk about why dream droughts happen and explore simple ways to invite dreams back into conscious awareness. For this event, you’ll also create a waking dream through guided visualization, which can be used fully for the dreamwork practice.
