Join us for TWO more Open Space Circles (Jan 19 and Jan 26)
Gay Men’s Circle is a grounded space connect with other men without pressure to perform, explain yourself, or have it all figured out. You don’t need to be “good at sharing.” Listening is just as welcome as speaking.
You’re welcome to:
- Share what’s present for you - or simply listen
- Speak from your lived, present-moment experience
- Name things that don’t often get said out loud
- Feel less alone with what you’re carrying
- Leave feeling more settled, connected, and resourced
The circle is lightly facilitated to support safety, respect, and clear boundaries. You’re always free to share as little or as much as feels right.
No prior experience with men’s work or circles is needed.
Practical details
Please bring €5 to cover the cost of the room
No entry 10 minutes after the start time (doors will close)
We meet downstairs in the Theatre Room
Ring the front door to get in, as the café is closed on Mondays
You don't need to sign up for all 3 to attend.
Please change your RSVP if you have signed up and cannot make it.
