Get ready to move! Join us for a 1-hour full body and core workout at Apna Park. Get some fresh sea air on a Saturday morning!

  • Warm-up to get your body moving
  • Full body exercises targeting strength and endurance
  • Core-focused exercises to build stability
  • Cool-down and stretch

All fitness levels are welcome!

Date & Time: Saturday, 10:20–11:20 AM
Location: Apna Park, 7VW2+J2 Dublin
(meet on the green (I’ll have yellow cones for easy spotting))
Directions: If coming by DART, get off at Salthill & Monkstown and cross over to the park.
What to Bring:
