A D&D one-shot session is a short, self-contained adventure designed to be played in a single sitting, and it’s one of the most welcoming ways to try Dungeons & Dragons for the very first time. If you’ve never played before. If you’re nervous about the rules, unsure what to expect, or worried you might “mess up”, a one-shot is the perfect place to start.

There’s no long-term commitment, no pressure to know everything, and no expectation to be an expert. You simply step into a small, friendly story for a few hours, guided by a Dungeon Master who helps you through every mechanic and moment.

After 10 years of DMing, I still love it as much as the day I started. I stepped up to run a game because someone had to, and I never looked back! I love building worlds that react to your choices, but I also love an exciting combat encounter that keeps everyone on the edge of their seats. For me, D&D is about the stories we tell together. Starond, the Great and Powerful
A century of protection. A single day of ruin. Jaernyn’s legendary protector, Starond (The Greatest Sorcerer of All Time), is missing. In his absence, a colossal beast nears the docks and a Hobgoblin war-band approaches the walls. Your mission is simple: Solve the mystery of the sorcerer's disappearance and bring him home before the city is leveled.
The monster is coming. The protector is gone. Will you find him in time? Starond, the Great and Powerful is a homebrew, one-shot campaign set in the Forgotten Realms universe.
System: D&D 5e
Characters: Pre-generated Level 3 hero stat sheets will be provided.
The Mission: A high-stakes mix of urban combat, investigation, and a race against a literal "ticking clock" (the monster in the bay).

Table Rules:
1. Discriminatory language or actions including sexist, homophobic, racist or transphobic slurs are not tolerated.
2. Arrive on time and ready to play.
3. Respect other players, including the GM.
4. No electronic devices at the table that aren't being used for the game.
5. Players must be 16 or older.
6. Seats at the table are for players only. No standing/hovering.
7. No outside food or drink with the exception of clear water bottles.
8. All dice rolls will be on the table with real dice. Virtual dice rollers will only be allowed with prior approval of the GM.
