Join us for Flow Into Following, a monthly Zouk experience designed to help you strengthen your foundation, refine your movement, and flow with confidence as a Brazilian Zouk follower!

This class focuses on:

Follower technique & body awareness
Connection, balance, and musicality
Drills that build control, fluidity, and confidence

Styling tips to bring out your natural movement

Whether you’re new to Zouk or have been dancing for a while, this class will help you deepen your understanding of following and grow your dance in a supportive, empowering environment.
