The programme unfolds in two parts:

Part 1 (6 Days):
- Self-Study of Knowledge Online
- Daily guided lessons delivered via App
- Daily 1-hour live session on Zoom with an Institute Facilitator to support your study.
- App access opens when the programme starts and closes 14 days after the last on-site day.
Part 2 (4 Days):
- Embodiment Process In-Person
- In-person studies with guided meditations and celebrations
