Chess Valley Villages Walk

This easy circular walk takes in several scenic Chiltern villages, the Chess Valley and the views from the higher hills. First walk from leader who has walked many of the routes in the Chilterns. From Flaunden village we will walk through Latimer, Sarratt, Church End and Chenies. Route will take in the ancient woods of the area, plus the Chess Valley and the meadows of this very scenic landscape. Aim to have picnic lunch at Church End hamlet with option for drinks at the pub next door. Route back takes in viewpoints over the valley, with option for final pub stop at start point.

Bring packed lunch, also pub midway. Pub at end.
