Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, these practices can help deepen your connection to yourself and the universe.

WE all have experiences from our lives, ancestral memories, and past lives that were filled with fear. In our very best attempt to feel safe we often compromise parts of ourselves by creating contracts that inhibit our ability to experience the breadth of who we BE.
Such as-“I’ll change for you, so you will love and approve of me…”
These contracts manifest in the form of negative mindsets and actions around abundance, scarcity, success, failure, security, expansion, sexuality, intimacy and more. These mindsets affect our lives by causing us to choose ways of BEing that create and perpetuate great suffering, separation, dis-ease, addictions, and more.
During our gathering, participants will be guided through a Shamanic Journey Meditation to RE-UNITE a lost part of themselves that has been denied and contracted away.
On the other side participants will emerge as a powerful WITNESS to their new selves with a fresh CONTRACT, deeper GRACE, a magical TREASURE, and a POWER ANIMAL to assist them along their journey of healing and wholing. Additionally, throughout the workshop Matthew will be sending distance Reiki to those who would like extra support and provide consent.
To prepare: for the evening it is asked that participants have a clear container i.e. no drinking or drugs the night prior or for the following day, though always continue any prescribed medications. If you are micro-dosing that is ok. Also, please bring a notebook and something to write with if you desire, though everyone will be given a handout that has space for note taking.
Please bring a water, blankets, and anything else that you would like to facilitate your own comfort. During the talking portion of the workshop we will be utilizing chairs (if desired) and during the journey part of the workshop we will be lying on the ground (if able). Please arrive about 15-30 minutes early to get settled and find your spot.
