One night only: Dance the turning of the seasons — pre-register now, space is limited!

This month, we gather to harvest and celebrate the beauty of love as it moves through music, body, and breath. Together we’ll weave conscious dance and sitting meditation in community, guided by Open Floor’s Meditation Cycle. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover, you’ll find a place here to connect with Self, Other, and Spirit. We’ll close the evening with delicious organic snacks shared in circle.

About the Practice: Open Floor is a conscious dance practice that welcomes our wholeness into community. It engages mind-body awareness, emotional intelligence, relational attunement, and connection to Spirit.
Who’s Welcome: All adults and teens (16+) of every background, ethnicity, body type, ability, gender expression, sexual orientation, and spiritual path. Let’s co-create a field of care and connection where diversity is sacred.
