Join us for a peaceful and inspiring afternoon at The Orangery Tea Room, nestled within the stunning grounds of Ashburnham Place.

We’ll meet at 1:00 PM for tea, delicious cakes, and conversation surrounded by nature, history, and tranquility. There will be other people nearby whom you may not know, that's all enjoy the company and the surroundings...

You’re welcome to arrive early or stay later to explore — the estate is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Take a stroll through the gardens, visit St. Peter’s Church, or relax by the lake for a moment of calm.
🍵 About The Orangery
First opened in 2013, The Orangery offers freshly prepared, locally sourced food, fine teas, and rich coffees. Originally designed in 1777 by Lancelot “Capability” Brown, it’s home to beautiful greenery — including one of the oldest camellias in England.
Expect a wonderful selection of cakes, pastries, light meals, salads, and handmade bread.
