What we’re about
The group is for anyone 45and above looking to socialize and make new friends while enjoying dining, walks, live music, board games, and other fun activities. This group was started so like-minded people who enjoy these activities could meet and do them together. The events we have cover a wide range of activity levels so there is something for everyone.

Get into the Fall spirit! Enjoy a fall afternoon and evening at a local farm. The main event is exploring the corn maze and sitting around a bonfire enjoying smores with friends.
Our fire time is 6pm, but we need to be there several hours before, so we enjoy the farm attractions, have some snacks and dinner, get to the corn maze and then walk through it to our firepit.
We can meet as a group around 3:30pm to enjoy the attractions, get some food and visit the farm store. There are fun snacks and meal items, like apple cider donuts, roasted squash, corn on the cob, BBQ and more. Check out the attractions and come earlier if you want to explore more and maybe pick out your own pumpkins.
The firepits are in the middle of the corn maze. They say to be there 2 hours before our bonfire time in order to make our way to the corn maze and then enjoy wandering through the maze to the halfway point, where we will stop for our bonfire and smores. No alcohol, smoking or vaping is allowed on the farm. Bring whatever you'd like to drink or buy something at the farm.
Dress for the weather and if it has been raining recently, it will be muddy. Prepare to walk and wear boots or other suitable footwear. It will be dark when the bonfire ends, and we'll walk through the remaining half of the maze to exit, so a headlamp or flashlight is recommended.
By signing up for this event, you agree to the Waiver of Liability found on the discussion page. Please remember to bring your $1 to contribute to keeping this meetup going.
