Please be on time. When you arrive, head inside and look for our group. It's a very small place so we should be easy to find.

If you RSVP "going" to this event and you find that you will be unable to attend, please change your RSVP to "not going" as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend in order to allow others who move off of the waitlist time to coordinate their plans. RSVP will close on September 12th at 8pm. No one will be added to the "going" list after September 12th at 8pm. Please remove yourself from the waitlist before September 12th at 8pm if you are on the waitlist and you know you will not be attending the event.

Also, If you are on the "going" list and you cancel your RSVP after the RSVP closes (after 8pm the night before the event) you will be removed from the group, regardless of whether or not you send a DM about cancelling.

In accordance with the No Show policy of Eatin' Vegan, if you RSVP "going" and don't communicate with Laura that you will not be attending, you will be removed from the group.
