Come together for an experience that won’t be soon forgotten. Sessions will start with 15 minutes of guided breath work to help your mind and body melt into the space. Owners of Hidden Timber will give you some “goat snacks” after a brief conversation of what to expect. Lounge with the goats, embrace their inquisitive nature, and partake in a 45 minute all levels Slow Flow. Don’t worry, the goats don't care if you can't hold a pose! Sessions will be held in a temperature controlled environment. After yoga, feel free to walk around the property, introducing yourself to the goats, alpacas and enjoying the open country air.
