What we’re about
ECKANKAR, the Path of Spiritual Freedom - teaches simple techniques for contacting the Light and Sound of God, Divine Spirit, also known as the ECK.
Through regular use of Spiritual Exercises, seekers can:
* Expand their awareness and enjoyment of life.
* Gain a personal understanding of the role of Karma and Reincarnation.
* Become active and Creative Dreamers.
* Experience Soul Travel, a form of expanded awareness and inner knowingness; which can also be an out-of-body experience.

At a Sound of Soul event, the HU chant is followed by a short time in contemplation. Afterward, enjoy spiritual conversation with others of like heart.
You can join in regardless of your background or faith. The HU has helped people of many different faiths experience the presence of God in their lives.

Three levels of dreams:
• Our daily life, i.e., everyday events. i.e. problem solving, guidance on choices and physical healing, working out karma
• Our emotions and thoughts, i.e., our emotional well-being. i.e. Relationships with others & ourselves, consequences.
• Our pure spiritual side (less often) i.e., our relationship with God. i.e. Dreams that expand our understanding of our spiritual side, lucid dreams, conversations and experiences with Masters, dreams filled with love, light and sound.Explore spiritual tools to awaken the God-knowledge within.
