ECSTATIC DANCE TEMPLE GUIDELINES:

1. No talking during the dance (welcome to talk before/after dance)
2. Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment
3. Care/Awareness for the virtual space and each other
4. Move your body however you wish

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and free yourself
2. Water and a water bottle.
3. Phone or laptop/computer with internet to connect to video/audio links.
4. Cacao/ Tea - optional! If you'd like to prepare and drink all together during the opening ceremony.
5. Prepare a space for you to dance in. Get creative! Add some lighting, decor etc if you wish to.
