Our four-week cycle maintenance course will equip you with all the knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake the work yourself.

The course is informal, social, hands on, and above all fun.

This is a four week course - dates and topics below. Please ensure you can attend all four dates before booking.

Week 1 - Puncture repair (16/1)

Week 2 - Replace brake cable and adjust brakes (23/1)

Week 3 - Replace rear derailleur cable and index gears (30/1)

Week 4 - Replace front derailleur cable and adjust (6/2)
