The Ethics of Privacy

There is a lot of debate nowadays about the protection of privacy in the digital society. Should privacy be granted a human right? Is privacy safe for society? When should privacy be assured and when it should not? Should privacy be assured against companies or governments?

1. Absolute privacy everywhere. The state should not be nosy about the citizens' life.
