In these "Self-Care Sunday" Yoga and Mindfulness sessions, you will engage in elements of gentle vinyasa flow, breathing exercises and meditation techniques, to help you reconnect your mind, body and spirit. Each class will end with Yin or Restorative postures that invite the release and self-reflection necessary for integration off the mat. This class is adaptable/ accessible for ALL LEVELS of practitioner. ❤️
