
What we’re about
Using your natural tools of the body, breath, and awareness, these monthly gatherings will offer time to explore embodied spirituality. We’ll use asana (posture), pranayam (breath), mudra (hand positions), drishti (focus), mantra (sacred sound), meditation, and sound healing relaxation to have an experience of our true selves that grows stronger and brighter each time. Classes are light to sometimes moderately challenging, but every posture can be modified to any level. These classes are not about fitness and looking a certain way in our yoga. They are instead an inner experience of Self, and most exercises have the eyes closed. Classes are small due my space and are by donation.
