Hello everyone!

I had to move this meetup to Saturday due to scheduling conflicts, and I hope you’ll still be able to join us.

During our last session, we discussed the possibility of participants volunteering to lead or propose future topics. Since I didn’t hear back from anyone yet, I’d like to propose this week’s discussion theme:

Bioengineering Technologies and Their Implications for Society

We’ll gather once again at the firepits near Palm Plaza in the central courtyard area of Westfield UTC. Feel free to grab a drink, coffee, juice, or ice cream and make yourself comfortable while we connect and exchange ideas.

This meetup is intended to be an open, respectful, and intellectually curious space where participants can explore emerging technologies, philosophy, ethics, and the future of humanity together.

Roles

Moderator
The moderator will guide the discussion by preparing the agenda, introducing questions and topics, coordinating the space, helping break the ice, and facilitating respectful communication.

Timer
The timer will support time management and help ensure that all participants have a fair opportunity to contribute.

Participants
Each participant will have up to 2 minutes to respond during discussion rounds and may choose to reply to another participant for an additional 1 minute. This structure is designed to create space for everyone to participate meaningfully.

Respectful dialogue is expected at all times. Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the moderator reserves the right to remove individuals from the group if necessary.
