A fun & empowering movement class for kids Chakradance Kids isn’t your typical dance class – it’s a playful journey of music, movement, and imagination!

Each week, children explore a different theme that builds:
Confidence & Creativity – Kids discover their unique self-expression through movement.
Emotional Awareness – Gentle exercises help them recognize and balance their feelings.
Mindfulness & Grounding – Activities teach calm focus, body awareness, and connection.
Fun & Friendship – Music encourages teamwork and joy.
