*Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in, have a bliss ball and some herbal teas and meet one another.

What to bring? Cushion to sit on, we will be seated on rugs on the floor. Bring a water bottle.
What to wear? Wear comfy clothes to move in, warm socks. We will remove our shoes.
Parking? Its a Sunday so parking should be free in the side streets of Collingwood. Allow 10-15mins for finding a park and getting to the studio. We will start on time.
