The optional exercise for this week is to use the following mantra as the subject for your meditation - 'Wisdom lives in the light' and should you have time practice what is called the 'will' exercise

Control of Willing – This is where an action is undertaken for which there is no external stimulus or motive such as taking a watch off and putting it back on again. Here one becomes highly attentive to the willing processes taking place. It is desirable that this exercise is undertaken at a time planned beforehand.
