Tuesday Training
Details
Regular training on Tuesdays is for practitioners of every level, from complete beginners to experienced black belts.
New students should bring comfortable clothes to train in, and a water bottle. Training weapons (if needed) will be provided.
Training consists of warm ups, traditional techniques, solo and partner based drills, and free form practice.
These classes include self-defense, striking and grappling, and traditional weapons.
First class is free!
