Perth Gay Yoga's BALI RETREAT

Perth Gay Yoga is thrilled to announce we are hosting another retreat for our members, this time in Bali!

Staying at a beautiful resort on the North coast of Bali, away from the hectic South, situated directly on the ocean and a backdrop of stunning mountains, we will enjoy sensational sunsets and incredible food (catering to all dietary requirements)

The villas are exquisitely decorated, spacious and clean with either sea or pool view rooms. Linen and towels changed daily by their discreet housekeeping staff. Each room has a fridge, kettle and Wifi.

A fully serviced resort includes 2 swimming pools, a spa, restaurant and bar. Also snorkelling and kayaking equipment onsite to use.

The retreat will consist of daily morning and afternoon yoga, meditation and journalling plus workshops on breathwork and astrology. All mats and yoga props are available to use at the resort so you don't need to bring any. Yoga classes will be conducted by group organiser Jason but will also have a local Balinese special guest instructor. All levels including beginners are welcome.

We will also go hiking up to the local waterfall one day and do a dolphin watching excursion another day. There will be enough spare time to relax around the pool or on your balcony and read a book.

A 90 min massage is included in the retreat, however you can use the spa for additional massages and other treatments such as facials and ear candling in your free time.

As the retreat runs from Monday to Friday, some of the retreaters will be meeting in Seminyak near the gay area over the weekend before then travelling together to the resort on Monday morning. Others may choose to stay in Ubud or elsewhere and arrive on the day just after lunch for check-in. Otherwise you may allow time after the retreat to visit these or other areas of Bali.

Transport can be easily arranged for you and we are happy to offer advice on travel requirements, flights and other things to do and see on the island.
