Leon (The Professional) on 35mm at The Revival House Como

Join us at The Revival House for this classic 1994 crime film by Luc Besson (The Fifth Element, La Femme Nikita, The Big Blue), and featuring Jean Reno, Natalie Portman, and Gary Oldman in career highlight roles. We'll meet in the lobby from 7pm, and we'll head in to grab seats around 7:45pm for the film at 8pm.

The Revival House is Perth's only celluloid revival house cinema. All films are screened on 35mm or 16mm film prints (70mm coming soon!). Their home is the heritage listed, Art Deco Como Theatre built in 1938. It's a great cinema that's attracted a community of film lovers.

Mathilda (Natalie Portman) is only 12 years old, but is already familiar with the dark side of life: her abusive father stores drugs for corrupt police officers, and her mother neglects her. Léon (Jean Reno), who lives down the hall, tends to his houseplants and works as a hired hitman for a mobster. When her family is murdered by crooked DEA agent Stansfield (Gary Oldman), Mathilda joins forces with a reluctant Léon to learn his deadly trade and avenge her family's deaths.

• There is street parking, or use the free car park entrance adjacent to the downhill side of the theatre.
