The great benefit of participating in this EFT Meetup is experiencing an evidence based self-help technique that helps to reduce this stress and anxiety. It is as simple as tapping on acupressure points on the head and upper body while focusing on the issue. You can use this Emotional Freedom Technique as a tool whenever you need it, wherever you are.
Our aim is to do as much tapping as we can, so you can feel the benefits, see how it works, and feel inspired to continue using it at home.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Internet connection, device to connect to Zoom meeting, a private quiet space, a drink of water and whatever you need to take notes, if you choose to do so.
