The Chinese animated movie Ne Zha 2 has taken the world by storm! In just 20 days, it has already surpassed Inside Out 2 to become the highest-grossing animated film worldwide. It is now the 8th highest-grossing movie of all time and the only non-Hollywood film on the list.

What’s the movie about?
Ne Zha 2 is based on Chinese mythology, telling the story of a rebellious child born with immense power, struggling against fate and expectations. Ne Zha is a legendary figure in Chinese folklore, often portrayed as a young warrior who challenges the gods and fights against injustice. In this sequel, he continues his battle, featuring breathtaking animation and deep storytelling.

To help those unfamiliar with Chinese mythology, I will hold a one-hour teaching session in the food court before the movie, covering the story, characters, and background of Ne Zha, including key details from the first movie. This will help you fully enjoy and understand the film.
